With changes coming to Aqueduct Race Track (our designated staging area), the Office of Emergency Management has advised us that the new staging area for the Cooperative is John Adams High School, located at 101-01 Rockaway Boulevard in Ozone Park for the next 15 months.

Cooperative hurricane preparation continues. To prepare for anticipated high water surges, heavy amounts of rain and very intense wind, all beach equipment has been removed and all beaches today will be officially closed.
Shareholders are reminded to secure their property and belongings.
It is highly recommended that residents voluntarily evacuate the property. Current forecasts indicate a more severe impact than originally predicted. Access will cease over the Marine Parkway Bridge once winds reach a sustained 39 mph.
Shareholders should prepare for flooding, extensive rain, wind and loss of power all day Sunday.
